Sibanye-Stillwater surrenders further 5% to PIC

Sibanye-Stillwater has posted a notification of an acquisition of beneficial interest in its shareholding.

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the Act), Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Sibanye-Stillwater (Tickers JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) has received formal notification that Public Investment Corporation (PIC) SOC Limited has increased its total shareholding from 10.0031% to 15.024% of the total issued shares of the Company.
