Turkey’s ASAŞ acquires Eurofoil France

Eurofoil France operates on a 130,000m² site with 55,450m² of indoor production space.

Turkish industrial manufacturer ASAŞ has acquired Eurofoil France.

Following the acquisition, the company will continue its operations in France under the name ASAŞ S.A.S.

Eurofoil France operates on a 130,000 m² site with 55,450 m² of indoor production space.

The company, along with its team, will continue its activities under the ASAŞ umbrella, producing aluminium foil down to 5 microns for various sectors such as packaging, food, pharmaceutical and automotive.

The investment enables ASAŞ to strengthen its global position through its high standards, production technologies and sustainability-driven approach.

ASAŞ General Manager Derya Hatiboğlu said: “The integration of Eurofoil France into ASAŞ is a strategic move that enhances not only our production capacity but also our international synergy.

“With our new organisational structure in France, we will strengthen our presence in the European market while offering our customers a closer, more agile, and more sustainable service network.”
