G3 Goldfields targets another major Guyana Gold Discovery

Daniel Noone, CEO of G3 Goldfields, discussed the new Guyana-focused explorer created from the G2 Goldfields transaction with G Mining Ventures at the 2026 Precious Metals Summit in Beaver Creek.

G3 was spun out with C$45 million in cash, the Peters Mine, Tiger Creek and other Guyana exploration assets, plus contingent rights worth up to US$200 million tied to future resource growth on properties transferred to G Mining.

Noone says Peters will be the first major focus, with an initial 5,000 to 10,000-meter drill program planned along a mineralized trend extending roughly four kilometers. Scout drilling completed in 2025 returned 76 meters at 1.50 g/t gold, including 16.5 meters at 5.0 g/t.

Noone says the team plans to apply lessons from the Oko discovery and believes Peters could advance toward a meaningful resource within 12 to 18 months if the geological model holds. “We need something that moves the dial,” he says.

G3 also plans work at Tiger Creek and Aremu West, while improved regional infrastructure could further reduce exploration costs.
