Glencore completes sale of 73% stake in Mopani copper
Glencore has announced that its subsidiary Carlisa Investments Corp., in which Glencore holds 81.2% of the shares, completed the sale to ZCCM Investments Holdings plc of its 90% interest in Mopani Copper Mines as more fully described in Glencore’s announcement of 19 January 2021. Glencore continues to retain offtake rights in respect of Mopani’s production.
