Pilbara Minerals to supply chemicals company Yahua

Australian lithium producer Pilbara Minerals signed an offtake agreement with Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group.

Yahua is a lithium chemicals company and one of the largest lithium hydroxide producers globally.

Offtake commences in 2024. Pilbara can supply up to 80kt this year and up to 160kt in 2025 and 2026.

Spodumene concentrate volumes will be sold based on the prevailing market price, said Pilbara.
